Harris Interactive uses the following approach to ensure successful communication between the client and project team throughout the project:
- Clarity of roles and points of contact for both parties are identified at the start of the project to ensure clear and direct lines of responsibility and communication
- Up front agreement on the frequency, format and method of on-going progress reporting, including potential access to Viewport, our online project reporting tool
- Meeting Attendance: We ensure that key personnel are available to attend internal meetings/briefing/updates.
