At Harris Interactive, quality is top of the agenda. Examples of how we ensure quality within our Data Collection Services include:


  • Our telephone and face-to-face data collection arms operate within the Interviewer Quality Control Scheme (IQCS) – the UK industry benchmark for high quality data collection.

  • Every project team includes a Quality Director (QD), who is at Associate Director level or above, in terms of seniority and experience. They hold ultimate responsibility for the project. The role is important for quality reasons and also for ownership, escalation of project related matters and overall learning. The QD role is project-specific and for the client is the most senior research point of contact.
