Telecommunications Research: Quarterly Study

In 2004, Harris Interactive began fielding quarterly studies based on issues affecting today's telecommunications industry. The findings from these studies are presented via our complimentary webinars. There are major concerns regarding the rapid rate of changes within the industry. The industry is taking another radical change as Internet telephony and 4G enter the scene. Telecommunications businesses need to be prepared.

Each quarter, the Harris Interactive Technology Research Practice fields a survey to monitor issues affecting the industry. To date, topics have included VoIP, number portability, customer churn, 4G services and wireless/wireline convergence.

• We interview 1,000 consumers from our multimillion member online panel and/or 300 business decision makers using our IT/Telecom Decision Maker Specialty Panel (participants range depending on research topic).
• We ask questions about attitudes, purchase intent, and needs within the telecommunications space.

And we solicit input from our clients and potential clients to ensure that we make these discussions as timely and informative as possible.

• We will provide you with the answers at no charge.
• Harris Interactive will compile the results of the survey and present the findings to you and your colleagues.
